What this website collects, and what it does not.

No trackers, no advertising cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or third-party fonts. It sets no cookies of its own. Pages are served over HTTPS from a content delivery network operated by our hosting provider, Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

Claim assignments submitted through the website

When you use the Assign a New Claim form, the information you enter and any files you attach are transmitted over HTTPS to the site's form-handling service (Netlify Forms) and stored in a private inbox. Only authorized Norfield Associates staff can open that inbox. A notification is sent to our claims team so an examiner can act on the assignment; the notification directs staff to the record rather than reproducing attachments.

Assignment information is used solely to carry out the investigation you have requested and to communicate with you about it. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with anyone outside Norfield Associates and the insurance company that assigned the claim, except as required by law or by the handling of the claim itself.

Please attach only the material needed for the assignment. If a file is too large for the form, e-mail it to claims@norfieldassociates.com quoting your file number.

E-mail, telephone and fax

Assignments and correspondence sent by e-mail, telephone, fax or post are handled by Norfield Associates in the ordinary course of the claim and kept as part of the claim file.
