Norfield Associates, Inc. is a third-party independent adjusting firm. Carriers assign us liability claims; our investigators gather the facts on the ground and report back with an opinion on where the fault lies.

Every investigation is carried out by direct employees of the firm — knowledgeable, highly-trained insurance professionals — and shaped to the needs of the file, whether at your specific direction or entirely on our own judgment.

We work for insurance companies. Norfield does not sell insurance and does not represent policyholders or claimants.

The claims we investigate range from automobile accidents to trips and falls. Whatever the file, the work is the same: meet the people involved, document the scene, find the witnesses, and gather the records.
