Norfield handles a wide variety of claims including auto accidents, home owners liability
claims (the dog bites the mail man), workers compensation, errors and omissions, and
medical malpractice. The second best part of being an adjuster is that you will constantly
be challenged and interested. The best part is working with the good group of people that
make up the Norfield family.
During your interview, you will be asked to identify your most valuable strength.
Answering that for Norfield is easy. We are well managed. Almost exclusively we hire
untrained people. We feel that training to get the job done the Norfield way yields better
results than relying on the XYZ Insurance Company training plan. Training is the foundation
for our success and as with any education is the most valuable benefit we offer.
We
promote almost exclusively from within our organization. Eleven of the fourteen members of
management handled their first claims investigation as a Norfield adjuster.
At Norfield we recognize that our employees and our clients are our most valuable
assets. Managements job is to make both look good. So if you want a job, thanks but
no thanks. If you are looking for a career with a chance to learn a skill, and where you
can earn and be promoted based on merit, then please continue and send us an
online application.
